Insurance
Our office accepts Medicare, BlueShield, Commercial Insurance, and PIP (Auto Insurance). In addition, we participate with most major HMOs and PPOs including, but not limited to:
- Aetna/U.S. HealthCare
- BlueChoice Plan through Carefirst
- BlueShield Federal
- BlueShield PPO/PPN/Point of Service
- BlueShield Select Preferred
- Cigna HealthPlan
- Coventry Health Plan of Delaware
- Employee Health Plan (EHP)
- PHCS
Please bring your insurance card with you on the day of your visit. As a courtesy, we will gladly bill your insurance company directly for services rendered. In order for our office to provide this service to you, we must have complete insurance information. All copays are due on the day of your visit. We accept MasterCard, Visa and the DiscoverCard.
Patients whose insurance requires a referral must obtain a referral from their primary care physician before the day of their appointment, or the appointment will be rescheduled.
