Myles D. Brager, M.D.
Dr. Brager is our spine surgery specialist and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He serves as the medical director of the Spine Center at Northwest Hospital Center. Dr. Brager belongs to many medical societies, including the American Medical Association, Maryland Orthopaedic Society, Baltimore County Medical Society, Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, and the Southern Orthopaedic Association. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Brager holds numerous hospital appointments, including

- Medical Director, Brain and Spine Insititue, LifeBridge Health
Dr. Brager received his medical degree from the University of Maryland in 1980. His post-graduate work included a one-year surgical internship, followed by a four-year orthopaedic residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Dr. Brager has a master of science degree in physiology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Of special interest, Dr. Brager is the "Ship's Surgeon" to the Pride of Baltimore II.
