David A. Silber, M.D.
 Dr. Silber is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a joint replacement specialist. He serves as the medical director of the Total Joint Center at Carroll Hospital Center and Northwest Hospital.
In 1983, Dr. Silber received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. His post-graduate training began at the University of Maryland where he did a one-year internship in general surgery and four-year residency in orthopaedic surgery. After his residency, Dr. Silber did a one-year fellowship at the Anderson Clinic and Orthopaedic Institute in total joint arthroplasty and adult reconstruction.
