Our Staff

Tricia Duke, BA, RN, ONC
Tricia has been with the practice since May 1999. She works with Dr. David Silber, a total joint replacement specialist, providing patient care in the office in addition to serving as a nurse educator in the community. In that role, she provides education and outreach for patients with hip and knee pain for such institutions as the Northwest Hospital Center and Carroll Hospital Center. She is a member of the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses and is Certified in orthopaedics. At the present time, she is pursuing her masters degree in nursing at the University of Maryland.

Tricia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Catonsville Community College in 1993. Shortly after obtaining her r.n. license, she fell in love with providing post-operative care for total joint patients on the "med-surg" floor of a hospital. Among her many accomplishments is the development of the "Total Joint" notebook, the "Bible" as it is affectionately referred to by her patients.

Tricia and her husband Joe, are the proud parents of two grown sons, Ben and Brandon. They enjoy outdoor sports, traveling and church activities.
